2. How does Heisener guarantee that UX4S is from the original manufacturer or authorized agents?

6. What is the process for return or replacement of UX4S?

If there is something wrong with the UX4S we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the UX4S only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:
