Qmicro's new gas analyzer, the DynamiQ-X NG2210, provides fast, accurate online monitoring of natural gas and provides calorific value for composition control and custody transfer. Meanwhile, the DynamiQ-X NG2220 performed the same analysis on natural gas with hydrogen concentrations up to 20% using only one carrier gas. The instrument is easy to transport, with a volume of only 10L and a weight of less than 15kg. They can be deployed anywhere for analysis if electricity and gas cylinders are available locally.

The analyzer can be installed in many locations in the natural gas infrastructure, including gas gate stations, gas conditioning stations, mixing stations, offshore systems, and power-to-gas systems. The instrument can accommodate two or three gas chromatograph (GC) units working in parallel, each performing a different GC analysis under individually optimized conditions.

Each device includes an advanced microchip-based injector and a thermal conductivity detector combined with a microporous gas chromatography column and sets the optimal chromatographic conditions. This configuration results in a more precise instrument and a shorter analysis time of less than a minute.

They are designed as a stand-alone working instrument with an integrated processor on a future-proof platform for continuous monitoring. The instrument has an easily replaceable GC cartridge, allowing for quick local maintenance. In addition, a PC can be connected to the analyzer at any location via the network.
