The recently expanded BergStak connector product range offers 0.5mm mezzanine connectors, offering stack height options from 3mm to 6mm in 0.5mm increments. They also offer 10 to 60 positions in 10-position increments, and they are designed with a shovels-resistant housing, so they can be prevented from damaging the terminals when mated.
The BergStak 0.5mm mezzanine connector comes with two options: a metal crimping option ensures higher retention, and a dowel pin option simplifies manual assembly. These two options can be configured in a single connector.
This multifunctional product series features a 0.5mm double-row contact pitch feature that saves space on the PCB, making it ideal for high-density applications in the consumer, industrial, instrumentation, and medical markets.
